Emphasize basic concepts in the Table of Contents

The docs need to be easier to navigate for people who are just starting with CherryPy. Rearranging/embellishing the Table of Contents might be a good place to start. Maybe add a couple paragraphs to the ToC, one that introduces and links to the basic concepts for the "The Request Cycle" and one that introduces/links to the concepts for "Everything Else".
